COMMUNITY INPUT - SINGLE FAMILY HOME DESIGN STANDARDS

Single-family Objective Design and Development Standards is a Citywide initiative to engage the community in an endeavor to modernize the City’s single-family design guidelines, policies, and applicable zoning code regulations into one comprehensive document called: “Single Family Objective Design and Development Standards.”  Unlike conventional design guidelines, objective design standards are written to have no personal or subjective judgment by a public official and city staff.

We invite you to share your priorities and viewpoints concerning single-family home designs to contribute to the preparation of this document.
