Introduction

City of Foster City aims to better understand the changing commercial business/retail environment in the City and has retained Kosmont Companies to provide economic advisory services, including the following survey to solicit feedback from business owners, stakeholders, and other users in the City.

The survey on the following pages offers business owners/managers an opportunity to provide vital feedback that will help guide future efforts by the City.
